赵永聚,男,出生于1974年,山东曹县人。1997年毕业于莱阳农学院(现青岛农业大学);2000年毕业于甘肃农业大学;2005年毕业于第三军医大学,获医学博士学位。英国威尔士大学(2006年)、丹麦奥胡思大学(2009-2010年)访问学者。现西南大学动物科技学院副教授、硕士生导师。中国畜牧兽医学会高级会员,中国畜牧兽医学会养羊学会常务理事,中国畜牧兽医协会专家组成员,中国实验动物学会和重庆遗传学会会员,动物遗传育种与繁殖教研室主任。
主要从事动物育种学、动物遗传资源保护、转基因动物、生物信息学的教学和科研工作。
